Partner with engineering, operations, IT, and manufacturing to identify automation and AI opportunities. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders; perform feasibility studies; troubleshoot and support implementations; and provide technical guidance and training to plant teams.

Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning. Support maintenance planning, supplier and HSE collaboration, equipment validation, troubleshooting, KPI analysis, corrective actions, and Quality Management System improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Manage regulatory compliance and product safety for compounds across Europe and Asia, including registrations, SDS/labeling, hazard classification, dangerous goods, regulatory monitoring, and cross‑functional guidance for product introductions.
