Lead nightshift production operations, enforce HSE and safety culture, coach and hold staff accountable, monitor staffing and equipment to meet production goals, analyze results for continuous improvement, support incident response and cross-department collaboration to maintain quality and productivity.

Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning to improve safety, reliability, productivity, and efficiency. Partner with engineering, operations, IT, and manufacturing to identify automation and AI opportunities. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders; perform feasibility studies; troubleshoot and support implementations; and provide technical guidance and training to plant teams.

Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning. Support maintenance planning, supplier and HSE collaboration, equipment validation, troubleshooting, KPI analysis, corrective actions, and Quality Management System improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
