Manages distribution center operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, quality, facility maintenance, safety, budgets, P&L, and compliance. Leads, coaches, hires, and trains employees while improving efficiency through Lean methodologies. Partners with sales, finance, HR, and other departments to align facility capacity with customer expectations. Oversees warehouse systems, equipment, audits, and operational KPIs in a potentially unionized environment.

Manages inside sales activities for hyperscale customers, including taking and upselling orders, qualifying opportunities, preparing quotations, monitoring fulfillment and backorders, and collaborating with outside sales. Maintains customer relationships, identifies process improvements, reports market and pricing trends, and works to expand existing accounts. The role requires sales administration experience, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, computer skills, and up to 25% travel.

Identifies and develops customer and supplier relationships, prospects leads, builds and analyzes business development pipelines, prepares business cases and monthly reports, and supports strategic acquisition and joint venture opportunities. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Product Development teams to advance opportunities and initiatives. Requires financial analysis, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and travel up to 25%–50% of the time.
