Work globally to support existing business development teams and grow a personal book of business in legal, life sciences, or localization verticals. Manage key accounts, drive CSAT, prospect new clients, prepare proposals and presentations, respond to RFPs, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with a global sales and marketing team to close deals.

Drive B2B sales and account management for localization, legal, or life sciences clients. Support existing Business Development Directors, generate new leads, draft proposals, respond to RFPs, manage Salesforce data, develop account plans, and help close deals alongside a global team to grow revenue and CSAT.

Perform high-volume content curation and metadata validation using SOPs and checklists, document and escalate issues, meet throughput SLAs, and participate in team calibrations and trainings.
