Provides administrative and operational support to Human Resources, including maintaining employee records, assisting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating benefits and payroll information, responding to employee questions, preparing HR documentation and reports, tracking attendance and training records, supporting compliance, and handling confidential personnel information.

Creates digital and print graphics for branding, marketing, social media, advertising, websites, email, and events. Develops branded templates and visual assets, prepares files for publication and print, edits images, adapts creative across channels, manages multiple projects, incorporates feedback, and maintains organized design files while collaborating with marketing and other teams.

Provides clerical and administrative support by managing schedules, correspondence, records, meetings, documents, office supplies, invoices, and employee paperwork. Communicates with managers, employees, customers, vendors, and departments while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The role also supports travel arrangements, reporting, data entry, filing, task tracking, onboarding administration, and general office efficiency.
