Provides administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training, compliance, reporting, and offboarding. Maintains confidential personnel information, coordinates HR processes, responds to routine employee inquiries, prepares documentation and reports, and escalates sensitive matters to HR management.

Provides clerical and administrative support through correspondence, document preparation, scheduling, calendar management, data entry, recordkeeping, office coordination, and meeting support. Handles calls, emails, visitors, vendors, supplies, invoices, personnel documentation, and confidential information. Prepares reports and spreadsheets, maintains organized records, coordinates with departments, and assists management with administrative tasks and process improvements.
