Leads supervisory control and risk management activities across private client markets, complexes, and branches. Identifies regional risks, implements mitigating controls, supports complex risk initiatives, and escalates supervisory and human capital matters. The role collaborates with legal, compliance, HR, credit, risk, branch, and leadership teams while ensuring adherence to firm policies, FINRA requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Processes summonses, subpoenas, and other legal orders served on the bank, following state statutes, deadlines, procedures, and compliance requirements. Performs administrative and customer support tasks, communicates with internal stakeholders and external requestors, escalates issues, identifies operational and regulatory risks, and supports process improvements. Provides guidance to less experienced processors after completing eight weeks of training.

Leads enterprise architecture strategy and execution for corporate and investment banking post-trade technology. Defines target-state architectures across applications, data, integrations, cloud, AI, and engineering platforms; guides modernization, rationalization, automation, resilience, and regulatory compliance. Advises senior business and technology leaders, architects AI-enabled solutions for investment operations and advisor workflows, establishes enterprise standards, and partners with risk, legal, compliance, product, and operations teams.
