Administer and govern the firm's planning technology ecosystem: vendor management, licensing, platform administration, M&A onboarding and migrations, integrations, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement to ensure platforms are supported, compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives.

Lead and coach a team of Regional Vice Presidents to drive new client acquisition, manage performance, refine onboarding, run pipeline reviews, and report results to firm leadership.

The Counsel – Equity Management will oversee equity compensation compliance, advise on regulatory matters, manage equity transactions, and draft legal documentation.
