Provide phone, email, and social media product support and troubleshooting for homeowners and plumbers using water filtration products. Handle order entry, account reconciliation, ticketing, SAP checks for stock/availability, dispute resolution, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Maintain product knowledge, support installations/maintenance questions, and report to the E‑Commerce Channel Manager. Remote role with occasional Fort Worth office visits.

Drive regional sales for the Superior Boiler brand across the eastern U.S.: grow market share, manage representatives, develop and execute sales plans, provide technical expertise in steam/hot-water boilers and combustion, collaborate with product and marketing, prepare performance reports, and travel to field sites (~50%).

Define and execute Nexa's indirect go-to-market channel strategy. Recruit, onboard, enable and manage partners; structure agreements and incentives; drive partner-led pipeline and revenue; collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing, product and operations; track partner KPIs and provide field insights. Requires frequent travel to support partner meetings and trainings.
