The Director of Automation will manage and shape the automation strategy, oversee deployment of technology initiatives, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders across various teams. Key focus on RPA, AI, and process improvements in a global finance setting.

Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and corporate general ledger accounting. Oversee reconciliations, intercompany, consolidations, fixed assets, SOX compliance, audits, S/4-to-HFM mappings, BlackLine administration, reporting and analytics. Coach and develop senior accountants and offshore teams, document SOPs, drive process improvements, and support ad-hoc projects and corporate reporting requirements.

The Sr. Analyst, Financial will prepare financial statements, lead month-end close tasks, analyze data for reporting accuracy, mentor analysts, and improve processes through automation.
