What It's Like to Work at Vivian Health

I’m generally excited about anything we’re doing to get more users on the platform and placed in jobs considering the state of the world right now. Every application we facilitate is someone we’re activating to help the country face the ongoing crisis with COVID-19 in one way or another.

At Vivian, I feel like my preference for what I’d like to work on is taken into account by the product and engineering team and aligned as best as possible with the company’s goals so that there’s clear opportunities for career growth. Additionally the engineering team is pretty self motivated to constantly improve our general engineering approach
