Develops, tests, supports, and maintains scalable web applications and software components across front-end and back-end technology stacks. Partners with Product Management to design solutions, contributes to Agile planning and architecture, troubleshoots deployed products, reduces technical debt, and provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers.

Develop and support software applications, REST and ASP.NET web services, distributed systems, data integrations, and storage solutions. Analyze requirements, optimize performance, resolve application issues, implement security and data protection, and collaborate with product, business, and QA teams. The role includes technical documentation, quality reviews, managing competing priorities, and mentoring less experienced developers.

Reviews electronically filed vehicle registration and title documents against DMV policies and company procedures. Audits high volumes of transactions, verifies accuracy and completeness, identifies prohibited or erroneous submissions, issues error notices, contacts clients for corrections, organizes paperwork, reprints documents, and manages completed audit bundles. The role requires DMV registration knowledge, strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to handle changing priorities.
