Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS/ATS recordkeeping, payroll data integrity, benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, training, and HR reporting to support compliance and employee engagement.

Provide direct nursing care to residents on second shift (3pm-11pm): medication administration, narcotic counts, treatments, documentation, supervising nursing assistants, notifying physicians/families of condition changes, replenishing supplies, and reporting deficiencies to the Director of Nursing.

Manage daily dining room operations for a senior living community: lead and train serving staff, create schedules, maintain cleanliness and food presentation standards, serve residents, set/clear tables, and assist with dishwashing as needed.

Prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays and meals to health center residents, set up and break down dining areas, transport hot/cold foods and non-food items, and follow diet orders and safety standards.

Assist residents with personal care focused on showers, bathing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care, vitals, and laundry. Document shift tasks, communicate with staff and families, provide activities, and respond to call lights and emergencies.
