Own Vesta’s finance function as its first dedicated finance hire. Responsibilities include building budgets, forecasts, scenario models, and board reporting; managing monthly close, reconciliations, accruals, AP, AR, and cash operations; maintaining GAAP-compliant books; partnering with department leaders on budgets; supporting audits; and implementing scalable finance systems and processes.

Own company-wide leveling, compensation philosophy, and management development programs while serving as a trusted HR business partner to engineering and other managers. Lead employee relations, performance and promotion processes, multi-state employment compliance, policies, records, and filings. Build scalable People infrastructure and frameworks that support growth, manager effectiveness, consistent career development, and fair compensation practices.

Own a portfolio of 8–12 lender accounts, driving adoption, engagement, retention, and measurable customer outcomes after implementation. Serve as the strategic customer partner and escalation point while coordinating Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales. Build Vesta’s Customer Success function from the ground up, including playbooks, engagement models, success metrics, feedback loops, operating cadence, and hiring and managing the first 1–3 team members.
