Build and scale client-facing payment tokenization primitives on the VGS platform. Ship iterative, scalable features, set engineering standards, contribute architecture and roadmap, and work directly with customers, vendors, and partners to solve payment tokenization and credential orchestration problems.

Lead creation and ownership of Product Operations: build systems, cadences, and tooling to track product performance, planning, and launches. Partner cross-functionally to set targets, run reviews, define PM workflows, enable early access programs, automate workflows (including AI/agents), and improve product quality, reliability, and post-launch measurement across the company.

Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to drive retention, product adoption, revenue expansion, and advocacy. Lead onboarding, integrations, account planning, executive business reviews, KPI tracking, and cross-functional initiatives. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and represent the customer voice to sales, product, and engineering to improve outcomes.
