Configure and support SAP IS-U Device Management solutions for North American utility clients. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, business blueprinting, master data and configuration, meter upload/download processes, scheduling, validations, device installations, service notifications, and integration with SAP modules. The consultant creates functional documentation and test scenarios, performs unit, cycle, and integration testing, and supports full lifecycle implementations and deployments.

Manages end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates system integrations, conducts testing and troubleshooting, maintains implementation documentation, and provides client and internal training and support. The role also drives continuous process improvement while managing multiple projects and teams.

Build and lead VertexOne’s Product Owner practice across SaaS products. Define the Product Owner role, decision rights, backlog and intake standards, prioritization methods, and objective-driven planning. Reorganize teams, establish sprint-ready backlogs, select and coach Product Owners, train Product and Engineering teams, and create a reusable practice playbook and community of practice.
