Act as the bridge between business teams and data engineering to deliver dashboards, gold-layer dbt models, lightweight internal apps, and automations. Own intake, translate requirements, validate data against ServiceTitan, and improve operational efficiency via AI and automation while partnering with FP&A, Marketing, and Operations.

Lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for field and corporate roles nationwide. Own Greenhouse as ATS, set processes and data hygiene, coach recruiters across high-volume and professional searches, manage Indeed/vendor spend and recruiting budget, present TA metrics to leadership, optimize sourcing and candidate experience, and meet time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and quality targets.

Support regional partner companies with end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee data and HRIS maintenance, weekly payroll administration, benefits and leave administration, compliance and reporting (I-9/E-Verify, W-2/1095), and employee engagement. Provide operational HR support, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with system migrations and audits while partnering with talent acquisition and local management.
