Design, analyze, manufacture, assemble, and test liquid rocket engine hardware from component concepts through flight maturity. Responsibilities include fluid-system modeling, P&ID and CAD development, engine sizing and cycle analysis, test-plan execution, hot-fire data analysis, supplier coordination, lifecycle ownership of engine assemblies, and mentoring engineers.

Own structural design and analysis for aerospace components and assemblies across the hardware lifecycle. Perform hand calculations, FEA, fatigue, buckling, and stability assessments; manage CAD models and releases; define loads; support structural testing and flight qualification. Develop engineering processes and standards, collaborate across disciplines, and mentor engineers. The role requires aerospace or mechanical engineering expertise, strong communication, and eligibility to work on ITAR-restricted programs.

Supports company-wide financial modeling, annual budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, KPI reporting, variance analysis, headcount planning, pricing, capital expenditure analysis, and financial process improvements. The role investigates financial and operational trends, provides recommendations to leadership, and partners with operations, business development, and engineering teams on strategic decisions and ad hoc analyses.
