Lead and scale Vega’s global post-sale technical organization. Define playbooks, KPIs, and hiring; ensure enterprise customers realize measurable security value; act as senior technical escalation, customer advocate to product and engineering, and drive retention and roadmap influence.

Own post-sales technical relationships for key customers: lead onboarding, data indexing, detection onboarding/tuning, troubleshoot log pipelines/cloud integrations, drive adoption, escalate product issues, build custom AI skills, and travel to customer sites (~25%).

The role involves partnering with sales teams, engaging with enterprise customers, conducting technical evaluations, and designing modern security architectures for high-stakes accounts.
