As a Senior Manager in Corporate Development, you will lead analysis to support strategic decisions, drive M&A execution, and foster relationships with stakeholders in a SaaS company.

Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions, support ASC 718 and tax accounting controls, coordinate income tax compliance with external providers, review returns and workpapers, manage extensions and tax payments, drive non-income tax filings, respond to notices and audits, perform tax account reconciliations and journal entries, and research tax implications of transactions.
