Owns end-to-end test strategy, designs scalable backend and UI automation frameworks, integrates automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, performs exploratory testing, and advocates for testability and reliability across engineering and product. The role requires strong programming, Kubernetes and distributed-systems knowledge, debugging ability, and cross-functional ownership in a fast-moving startup.

Lead global OEM, storage, and ISV alliances for vCluster Labs, owning partner strategy, executive relationships, joint solution validation, seller enablement, commercial agreements, pipeline, forecasting, and partner-attributed bookings. Build integrations and verified AI Factory configurations with hardware, storage, networking, software, NVIDIA, distributors, and channel partners. Drive partner-sourced revenue through field activation, joint pursuits, resale paths, marketing, and disciplined MEDDPICC-based pipeline management.

Build and lead vCluster Labs’ global VAR, OEM, distributor, and alliance channel from zero to revenue. Recruit and activate strategic partners, establish commercial models and deal registration, secure OEM integrations, drive co-selling and enablement, manage MDF, inspect partner pipeline, and own bookings. Initially operate as an individual contributor, then hire and lead the channel organization across North America, EMEA, and APJ.
