Full-cycle sales role for a virtual assistant agency: source and qualify leads, manage proposals and negotiations, close deals, maintain CRM and pipeline data, and collaborate with the Core Team to ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding while meeting sales targets and improving processes.

Provide high-touch remote executive support: manage inboxes and complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare presentations and reports, maintain CRMs and project tools, conduct research, draft communications, handle confidential information, and proactively own client satisfaction as an independent contractor.

Serve as a client's operational lead: audit workflows, design systems and SOPs, manage projects and teams, optimize tools and automations, protect confidential information, coordinate launches and scheduling, and provide clear operational visibility to improve business efficiency.
