Full-cycle sales role for a virtual assistant agency: source and qualify leads, manage proposals and negotiations, close deals, maintain CRM and pipeline data, and collaborate with the Core Team to ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding while meeting sales targets and improving processes.

Develop and execute social media, email, paid advertising, automation, CRM integration, SEO/AEO, and funnel strategies for multiple clients. Analyze campaign performance, report actionable insights, manage workflows and timelines, conduct audience research, create marketing content, and provide strategic recommendations. The role requires strong client ownership, communication, analytics, and familiarity with marketing technology and AI tools.

Serves as a strategic partner to founders and executives by managing priorities, filtering decisions, translating vision into organizational action, preparing high-stakes meetings, synthesizing business reporting, coordinating stakeholders, identifying risks, supporting planning and resource allocation, drafting executive communications, managing confidential information, and leading special projects. The role also owns client satisfaction and evaluates whether engagements continue to meet evolving executive needs.
