Owns enterprise payer-facing value architecture, including ROI methodologies, executive business review frameworks, value narratives, case studies, and defensible analytics-backed claims. Synthesizes Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, quality, regulatory, and market changes into strategic positioning. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data & Analytics to enable consistent value demonstration, executive storytelling, and customer engagement. Acts as a trusted advisor to payer executives and drives framework adoption through cross-functional influence.

Leads health plan and payer sales for risk adjustment and platform solutions across a defined territory. Responsibilities include exceeding bookings, revenue, and margin targets; developing sales strategies; building executive relationships; prospecting new accounts; negotiating complex contracts; managing RFI/RFP processes; supporting client meetings and trade shows; and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Requires senior-level health plan sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, complex-deal expertise, and willingness to travel 50–75%.

Implements, optimizes, and supports healthcare IT solutions for clients. Analyzes healthcare data, translates business requirements into technical solutions, leads deployments and integrations, provides training and troubleshooting, manages client escalations, and monitors system performance. Requires strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, data analysis, and client-facing technical support.
