Own technical strategy and field success for VAST deployments on partner hardware, especially EBox. Architect and size solutions, set performance expectations, validate infrastructure readiness, guide deployments, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and support strategic customers and partners. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Support, Engineering, and Product while developing repeatable deployment practices and technical guidance.

Lead sales strategy and revenue growth for VAST Data’s data platform across the West Coast. Responsibilities include prospecting, expanding customer relationships, delivering technical product presentations, negotiating and closing contracts, forecasting pipeline, collaborating with marketing, product management, and customer success, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires extensive B2B sales experience, database and data management knowledge, executive relationship-building skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Designs, delivers, and maintains technical training for Customer Success teams, including product knowledge, troubleshooting, issue identification, and customer engagement. Manages LMS content, certifications, playbooks, and curriculum updates. Partners cross-functionally with leadership and subject matter experts, measures training effectiveness through KPIs, and improves enablement programs. Requires technical support experience, virtualization and containerization knowledge, advanced networking, storage technology expertise, and hands-on lab and hardware management experience. Travel up to 30% is required.
