VAST Data Benefits Overview

Analyze Customer Success data using SQL and Tableau to build data models, dashboards, reports, and actionable insights. Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, documentation, and operational processes across metrics such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, NPS, and feature adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage analytics tasks in Jira, troubleshoot data issues, and use AI-assisted tools including Cursor and Claude to improve efficiency.

Build SQL-based data models, reports, and Tableau dashboards for financial and SaaS metrics including ARR, RPO, and customer retention. Analyze and clean data, improve reporting accuracy and data quality, document metric definitions, and deliver actionable insights to Finance and Revenue Operations stakeholders. Use AI-assisted tools to improve analytics efficiency, manage work in Jira, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate cross-functionally. Minimal travel of approximately 10% or less is required.

The role involves leading VAST's hedge fund strategy, building relationships with industry executives, and developing market intelligence to drive growth and innovation.
