Lead the end-to-end activation experience for Vanta’s compliance platform, from strategy and customer discovery through shipped product. Define roadmaps, design AI-powered and agentic workflows, establish measurable outcomes, run experiments, and align cross-functional teams. The role also involves documenting strategy, leading multi-team initiatives, raising design quality, mentoring designers, and shaping reusable AI and growth patterns across Self-Serve.

Builds infrastructure, evaluation systems, tooling, and workflows for AI-powered software development. The role focuses on background agents, agent performance measurement, evaluation sets, feedback loops, developer adoption, code review improvements, reliability, observability, and safe autonomous engineering workflows. It requires hands-on software engineering, technical leadership, product judgment, collaboration with internal users, and the ability to deliver ambiguous, dependency-heavy projects.

Drive new business and expansion with federal civilian agencies by cultivating opportunities, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales, and closing contracts. Build strategic relationships with federal decision-makers, systems integrators, and technology partners; represent Vanta at industry events; and help develop scalable public-sector sales, marketing, partner, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Serve as a federal market subject matter expert and collaborate cross-functionally on product positioning and implementation.
