As a Senior AI GRC Engineer, you'll lead AI governance initiatives, implement compliance frameworks, and partner with engineering teams to ensure sustainable AI practices at Vanta.

Lead and scale Vanta's global audit partner network: manage six Audit Partnership Managers, own strategic audit-firm relationships, expand and onboard partners internationally, reduce concentration risk, establish operating rhythms and quality frameworks, and align partner strategy with cross-functional priorities.

As a GRC SME at Vanta, you will develop compliance frameworks, design internal controls, enhance content quality, and drive product enablement while collaborating with multiple teams to address complex security needs.
