FP&A Manager responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, business cases, and strategic planning. The role partners with leadership to improve profitability, gross margins, and EBIT performance through operational, customer, vendor, and product analytics. Responsibilities include monthly reporting packages, performance reviews, capex analysis, forecasting, investment reviews, and special projects.

Manages strategic B2B accounts receivable portfolios, conducts collections and account analysis, resolves payment discrepancies, monitors credit limits and risks, and recommends holds or escalations. Partners with Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Cash Applications, Operations, and Finance to improve cash flow and resolve disputes. Maintains ERP records, uses automation and reporting tools, prepares portfolio reports, develops customer-specific collection strategies, and supports training and process initiatives.

Performs business analytics and statistical modeling to identify trends, improve processes, automate reporting, and support decision-making. Develops advanced Excel reports, VBA macros, Power BI dashboards, and Power Platform solutions. Organizes data in OneDrive and SharePoint, communicates insights to nontechnical stakeholders, and collaborates with business and IT teams on recurring and ad hoc projects.
