Develops new business in construction/waterproofing by building a pipeline, prospecting, qualifying leads, coordinating estimates and proposals, attending events, tracking KPIs, maintaining CRM, performing take-offs, and presenting project documentation.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of construction and waterproofing customers through outreach, events, and relationship-building. Qualify leads, coordinate with estimating to prepare proposals, perform building take-offs, manage CRM and KPI reporting, and represent the company at tradeshows and networking events to win new business.

Manage and coordinate construction projects from bidding through closeout: analyze plans, prepare estimates, procure materials, schedule work, oversee site visits, document progress, and communicate with owners, engineers, foremen, and vendors.
