Advises on complaints-program business optimization by analyzing processes, data, risks, and root causes. Develops business requirements, acceptance criteria, controls, reporting, and recommendations; coordinates cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder approvals, training, and implementation. Supports governance, operational readiness, continuous improvement, and risk management while communicating findings to leadership and ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Leads investment operations and middle-office activities, including complex security setup, trade data corrections, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, collateral processing, compliance monitoring, and security master data management. Investigates system and data issues, coordinates with asset managers, custodians, vendors, and internal stakeholders, supports audits and control testing, leads projects and system enhancements, and directs or mentors other analysts.

Directs end-to-end consumer credit card acquisition strategy across digital, partner, direct mail, retail, branch, and performance marketing channels. Leads funnel optimization from demand generation through activation, manages acquisition economics and portfolio quality, develops product and sales strategies, and partners with marketing, underwriting, risk, analytics, finance, and operations. Oversees executive reporting, regulatory compliance, product P&L, and a team of individual contributors.
