Administers employee benefits, leave, workers’ compensation, wellness, education assistance, and rewards programs. Manages enrollments, billing, audits, vendor relationships, compliance records, employee inquiries, and open enrollment. Supports compensation changes, salary surveys, incentive programs, HRIS updates, reporting, and employee communications while partnering with HR, Payroll, managers, and third-party administrators.

Drives business growth through technical business development, strategic customer relationships, technology partnerships, and design-in opportunities in optical communications and data center markets. Identifies market and product opportunities, presents technical solutions, supports product requirements, leads application programs, analyzes competitive trends, and represents the company at industry events. Collaborates with Product Management and Engineering while managing multiple initiatives and customer priorities.

Leads US Conec’s product portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, pricing, profitability, roadmaps, commercialization, and market growth. Owns portfolio performance and P&L accountability while partnering with executive, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams. The role manages product investments, customer and market intelligence, new product introductions, and end-of-life planning. It also recruits and develops Product Managers and represents the company with customers, suppliers, partners, and industry organizations.
