Maintain and audit HRIS employee records, process high-volume lifecycle transactions, resolve data discrepancies, generate and validate reports, support audits and compliance reporting, and recommend process improvements to ensure data integrity and governance.

Manage fiber optic connectivity product lines through market analysis, pricing, forecasting, NPI coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive product strategy, supplier qualification, launches, and sales support while ensuring supply continuity and customer satisfaction in data center and telecom markets.

Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and manufacturing capacity. Monitor performance, resolve scheduling and inventory issues, coordinate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping, supervise Product Handler(s), maintain ERP inventory accuracy, support continuous improvement, and generate production and inventory performance reports to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
