Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards (Workday, Power BI), process ServiceNow report requests, partner with business analysts and HR stakeholders, gather requirements, support UAT, and present compliant data-driven insights to inform HR decisions.

Serve as trusted advisor to business and risk teams to ensure credit and debit card products comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Identify and escalate risks, drive remediation, influence policies, and partner across 1LoD and CRO to minimize losses from control gaps. Provide regulatory guidance, challenge practices, and support implementation of an effective risk management framework.

Lead a team to deliver, govern, and sustain EFCC reporting and data operations for AML/compliance. Improve reporting automation, enforce validation/version control, support audits and regulatory exams, and promote technical skill growth across tools, platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to enable reliable senior leadership decision-making.
