As a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst, you will manage Workday Compensation and Payroll configurations, lead projects, troubleshoot issues, and enhance HR processes.

Lead AI enablement and reporting strategy for Workday HCM. Partner with HR and stakeholders to design automation and analytics solutions, build scalable reports and dashboards (Custom Reports, Discovery Boards, Prism), evaluate AI technologies, and optimize HR processes through configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement.

Lead the development and management of global compensation strategies, structures, and processes while integrating AI tools and partnering with leadership and recruiting teams.
