Lead EHS delivery for Unity's AMER offices and own global EHS program work-packages. Develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, define metrics and scorecards, manage EHS data architecture and platform administration, perform risk assessments, advise on health and safety, and manage vendor relationships to drive continuous improvement.

Design and implement runtime protocols, formats, and systems to capture, serialize, stream, and replay interactive 3D content across engines. Own C++ runtime and C# APIs across editor, build, simulation, streaming, and playback. Optimize for low-latency, determinism, memory and bandwidth constraints, and build AI interfaces for inspecting and invoking engine state.
