Manage daily operations of an onsite tool trailer and tool rooms. Issue tools, inspect returns, conduct visual safety inspections, maintain tool and consumable inventory, enter tools into the Total Control system, support trailer mobilization and setup, maintain cleanliness, and communicate with customers regarding supply needs. The role requires a valid driver’s license, tool knowledge, customer service skills, basic computer skills, and 75% travel.

Serve as a branch-based customer contact by recommending equipment rental solutions, preparing quotes, processing reservations and contracts, establishing accounts, negotiating prices, coordinating deliveries, generating leads, and reactivating dormant customers. The role emphasizes relationship building, customer service, multitasking, teamwork, attention to detail, and sales growth. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Inspect, clean, prepare, load, and unload rental equipment; record damage, usage, mileage, and fuel levels; demonstrate equipment to customers; support branch personnel and drive delivery trucks for equipment pickups and drop-offs. The role requires safe work practices, customer service, teamwork, communication, and frequent lifting of up to 45 pounds.
