Own and build Uncapped's outbound engine end-to-end: sending infrastructure and deliverability, prospecting and enrichment flows, ICP/scoring, GTM stack consolidation (CRM, sequencers, enrichment), SDR enablement, performance analytics, and cross-functional alignment to scale multi-channel outbound.

Identify and qualify ecommerce prospects, execute multi-channel outreach (email, social, cold calls), manage and nurture a sales pipeline in CRM, design outreach strategies with sales leaders, support Account Executives on discovery calls, and contribute to sales process improvements.

High-velocity, phone-first account executive role selling working and growth capital to US e-commerce SMBs. Run inbound/outbound cadences, hit activity and velocity SLAs, manage deals end-to-end in days, maintain HubSpot hygiene, and compete on leaderboards while partnering with senior AEs and credit to close deals quickly.
