Coordinate and supervise facility quality programs: develop QA standards and procedures, inspect operations and products, investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, manage and train quality staff, coordinate customer and third-party inspections, maintain quality documentation (logs, checklists, PPAP), prepare reports, and travel to suppliers/customers as required.

Assemble and fabricate component parts or finished products per specifications. Set up work area, operate hand tools, inspect materials and products for quality, maintain records and safety procedures, and participate in continuous improvement and safety programs.

Entry-level trainee role to learn plant operations, production scheduling, costing, lumber grades and yields, continuous improvement, HR practices, and Excel-based reporting through on-the-job training and mentorship.
