The role involves mentoring learners in cloud computing, conducting 1:1 and group sessions, and providing technical deep-dives on AWS technologies.

Act as a part-time external technical mentor for Claude/agentic-AI programs: run 1:1 calls, technical deep-dive presentations, and group Q&A; review student projects, provide guidance on Claude ecosystem, agent design, prompts, production AI systems, and best-practice engineering.

Provide weekly 1:1 virtual mentoring and daily forum support to Nanodegree students, help unblock course progress, run community activities (webinars, quizzes), escalate issues, and foster engagement and learning.
