Manage end-to-end freight planning across cross-dock operations, including inbound load building, outbound tendering, FIFO compliance, carrier selection, dock scheduling, and shipment visibility. Analyze performance trends, resolve shipment and transloading issues, prevent bottlenecks, and coordinate with shippers, receivers, facilities, and carriers. Train users on TMS/WMS processes and document standard operating procedures.
