Requires extensive .NET experience, microservices workflow orchestration knowledge, Agile development experience, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Architect and deliver Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions supporting patient services and business operations. Translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures; design Dataverse data models, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, integrations, and governance standards. Partner with stakeholders, guide enterprise alignment, mentor analysts and engineers, and promote quality, automation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise AI solution architecture across reusable capabilities, defining engineering patterns, integration designs, deployment strategies, security controls, monitoring, lifecycle management, and technical standards. Partner with application, platform, infrastructure, data, DevOps, security, and delivery teams. Contribute hands-on to proof-of-concepts and production AI solutions while guiding technology adoption and enterprise AI roadmap decisions.
