Leads and develops a team of Clinical Project Managers supporting clinical studies, post-authorization safety studies, registries, and real-world evidence programs. Owns resource allocation, utilization, performance management, talent development, operational governance, SOP compliance, inspection readiness, financial forecasting, and contingency planning. Partners with cross-functional leaders, Quality Assurance, HR, Finance, and clients to improve delivery quality, client satisfaction, revenue performance, and portfolio health.

Leads UBC’s Platform Development team, overseeing software architecture, application delivery, platform modernization, and engineering standards. Manages architects, development managers, and software engineers while guiding SDLC practices, Agile delivery, CI/CD, testing, deployment, documentation, security, and operational support. Defines enterprise platform roadmaps involving APIs, workflow orchestration, integrations, event-driven architecture, data systems, and AI-enabled automation. Partners with Information Security and Enterprise Architecture to deliver scalable, secure solutions in an FDA-regulated environment.

Provides strategic legal counsel on clinical trials, commercial biopharma services, healthcare regulations, privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and EU employment law. Advises on clinical documentation, data transfers, privacy assessments, AI and digital health initiatives, workforce matters, contracts, vendor agreements, and regulatory compliance. Partners with senior leadership, business teams, HR, compliance, privacy, clinical, technology, and outside counsel to manage risk and support compliant operations.

Supports clinical research studies from a home-based coordinating center, including participant screening, consent, telehealth visits, clinical data collection, investigational drug logistics, regulatory documentation, safety reporting, compliance monitoring, stakeholder follow-up, and study reporting. Provides oversight, training, and mentorship to junior study coordinators while coordinating patient participation across home health, telehealth, and site-based activities.

Maintain and improve cybersecurity across Azure Cloud and on-premises environments. Monitor and tune security alerts, manage vulnerability scanning and remediation, conduct threat intelligence analysis, support incident response, perform risk assessments and threat modeling, and implement security controls and configurations. The role also supports regulatory compliance, security documentation, cross-functional initiatives, and on-call response to security alerts.

Leads sales operations strategy, Salesforce administration, sales and marketing technology, pipeline reporting, lead-generation processes, dashboards, and analytics. Builds data models and predictive analyses, integrates diverse data sources, evaluates AI tools, and translates insights into recommendations for leadership. Oversees vendors, improves cross-functional sales and marketing workflows, supports technology delivery, and mentors team members.

Leads patient access programs and expands new teams while managing managers, supervisors, budgets, contracts, metrics, client relationships, reports, SOPs, training, and operational efficiency. Resolves complex issues, supports project and portal development, contributes to strategic planning, ensures contracted services meet quality and compliance requirements, and develops supervisory talent. Requires significant healthcare or pharmaceutical experience, managerial leadership, client communication, analytical skills, and occasional travel.

Leads strategic client engagement and sales enablement for pharmaceutical services, driving account growth, proposal success, revenue expansion, and senior client relationships. Partners with business development, marketing, operations, and scientific experts to develop evidence strategies, feasibility approaches, proposals, budgets, presentations, and bid defenses. Represents the organization at industry meetings and provides leadership across late-phase and real-world evidence initiatives.
