Own Twilio Trust Hub products within the Onboarding and Compliance team. Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; lead cross-functional planning, design, development, and launches; translate customer needs into requirements; define and analyze product metrics; manage stakeholders; and conduct data-driven business reviews. The role focuses on streamlined registration experiences and maintaining strong KYC standards.

Supports senior executives by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting priorities, events, expenses, communications, and logistics. Coordinates leadership summits and global offsites, prepares agendas and presentations, records actions, and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Partners with executive business partners, HR, and department leaders to advance business priorities, maintain operating rhythms, and support team development.

Leads new customer acquisition and full-cycle enterprise sales for Twilio’s messaging, voice, and email solutions in financial services. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative solution selling, contract development, forecasting, pipeline management, territory strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with product, finance, legal, pricing, operations, and engineering teams. The role requires technical SaaS or CPaaS sales expertise, strong business development skills, and approximately 30%–40% travel.
