Provide US-focused corporate legal support for contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, FOIA, and public-sector procurement. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (especially government/public sector), maintain corporate records, support dispute resolution and litigation, liaise with Operations, Risk, Central Services and CBRE, and assist with SOX controls as needed.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Risk Management team: collect and process data, develop reports and presentations, organize meetings and agendas, manage legal documents and billing, maintain trackers and playbooks, support DocuSign/execution workflows, identify process improvements, and adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
