Finance Manager overseeing client invoicing, vendor expenditures, cost allocations, period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, contract profitability, and financial reporting. The role provides variance analysis and strategic insights to leadership, ensures accounting and SOX compliance, manages financial controls, supports revenue recognition and contract accounting, and drives process improvements across diverse contracts and cross-functional teams.

Designs and produces visual content for internal and external communications, including marketing materials, promotional campaigns, client deliverables, reports, charts, maps, posters, and digital publications. Coordinates projects from concept through final production, collaborates with internal stakeholders, sources artwork, manages multiple deadlines, and enforces corporate branding standards. The role requires strong graphic design, print and publishing knowledge, organizational skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint.

Provide US-focused corporate legal support for contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, FOIA, and public-sector procurement. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (especially government/public sector), maintain corporate records, support dispute resolution and litigation, liaise with Operations, Risk, Central Services and CBRE, and assist with SOX controls as needed.
