Finance intern supporting internal controls over financial reporting, control testing, process documentation, remediation tracking, user access reviews, financial certifications, and ESG data collection and reporting. The role collaborates with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders and assists with governance and process improvement initiatives.

Support railcar engineering projects through CAD modeling, engineering drawings, finite element analysis, prototype development, testing, data analytics, and responsible AI use. The intern will analyze datasets using Excel, Power BI, and related tools; apply machine learning to identify trends and anomalies; document findings; provide project updates; and present recommendations. This role is intended for full-time Mechanical Engineering students seeking practical experience with engineering design, validation, and analytical workflows.

Supports operational finance through forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, journal entries, Power BI dashboard development, process improvement, and automation initiatives. The intern analyzes field maintenance operations, identifies efficiency and spending opportunities, documents workflows, and presents findings to leadership. The role provides exposure to FP&A, Oracle financial systems, advanced Excel modeling, AI-enabled automation, and cross-functional collaboration with field and maintenance teams.
