Manage high-volume EDI add-on implementation projects for existing customers, coordinating customers, trading partners, and internal mapping, integration, and connectivity teams. Serve as the primary liaison, gather requirements, communicate updates, resolve issues, maintain project documentation, and deliver implementations within an 18-day target.

Manages and expands strategic channel partnerships within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM ecosystem. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding partners, developing growth strategies, enabling partner teams, managing executive relationships, driving partner-sourced revenue, tracking KPIs and forecasts, conducting business reviews, supporting joint sales and marketing initiatives, and addressing escalations. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, relationship management, ERP, SaaS, EDI, and supply chain expertise, with travel of up to 25%.

Lead FP&A reporting, budgeting, forecasting, headcount modeling, variance analysis, and strategic financial insights for a global SaaS business. Build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, support month-end close, maintain data integrity, automate reporting with NetSuite and AI tools, and partner with executives and cross-functional teams on business performance and operational improvement.
