Own revenue operations as a hands-on team of one, including forecasting, bookings roll-ups, GTM metrics, pipeline hygiene, weekly operating rhythms, sales commissions, deal desk activities, and compensation plans. Build AI-powered GTM tools and automations using Claude, support finance and territory planning, and provide trusted analysis to GTM leadership.

Lead product marketing for Tribe's enterprise AI services: develop positioning, launch repeatable offerings, build partner marketing and enablement with Anthropic/OpenAI/Google, and create customer evidence and content to drive go-to-market and field adoption.

Partners with managers and leaders on team health, performance, growth, onboarding, employee relations, and talent practices. Builds manager enablement, learning and development, culture, listening, people programs, policies, and change-management initiatives. Advises on organization design and workforce planning while connecting people programs to business outcomes. Supports a distributed, international workforce and uses data, AI tools, and HR expertise to improve manager and employee experiences.
