Own end-to-end delivery of Submarine on-premise data caching implementations: scope, plans, infrastructure setup, testing, go-live and post-implementation reviews. Act as primary client contact, manage expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams (Solutions Engineering, Development, Managed Services), track project metrics, and contribute to implementation methodology and governance.

Lead product launches, messaging, and sales enablement for enterprise B2B SaaS. Create positioning, battlecards, and objection-handling guides; use Gong and buyer insights to arm sales. Track enablement adoption and launch readiness while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and iterating post-launch.
