Develops growth strategy, forecasts, pipeline processes, pricing discipline, partnerships, and executive customer relationships. Oversees capture and proposal management while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Services. Builds scalable revenue systems and high-performing teams, with a focus on municipal technology sales, competitive RFPs, and long-term customer value.
