Lead evaluation and execution of acquisitions: financial modeling, valuation, diligence coordination, negotiation, and closing. Build acquisition pipeline, prepare investment memoranda, support post-acquisition integration, and develop standardized M&A processes. Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, HR, legal, and senior leadership to drive strategic growth and support Bridge Industries on potential investments.

Create and maintain electrical control system schematics and smart symbols in AutoCAD Electrical. Produce and audit BOMs, manage As-Built documentation, and maintain file structures in Autodesk Vault. Convert product drawings, improve enclosure manufacturing details, and support ERP (Syspro) cross-referencing and procurement visibility. Assist engineering and automation teams with technical documentation and development processes.

Lead implementation and enforcement of HSE programs at a fabrication facility: perform inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, audits, regulatory compliance (including stormwater/VOC), and reporting while promoting a behavior-based safety culture.
