Teams at Transportation Insight

Analyzes carrier freight bills for rating accuracy, resolves audit issues, processes customer invoices, communicates with carriers and clients, coordinates across departments, and improves billing processes. Requires strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, freight-rate knowledge, business or accounting mathematics, and at least three years of experience.

Provides analytical and relationship-management support for assigned freight clients. Reviews client data, carrier performance, open requests, cost-saving opportunities, routing optimization, and service utilization. Conducts client business reviews, supports revenue retention and growth, presents recommendations, promotes additional services, and helps clients reduce transportation costs while maintaining service quality. Requires strong analytical, communication, presentation, relationship-management, and transportation-industry skills.

Provides tactical and operational support for assigned logistics clients, ensuring contracted solutions, metrics, KPIs, communication, and continuous improvement objectives are delivered. Collaborates with account managers and cross-functional teams on client retention, reporting, issue remediation, carrier operations, pricing requests, invoicing, spend and transit analysis, and upsell opportunities. Requires strong transportation-industry knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, transportation systems, Salesforce, and reporting tools.
