Sell NTG freight brokerage services by prospecting customers, securing carriers, quoting loads, collaborating with operations, and building customer relationships to grow a personal book of business.

Manages strategic client relationships, financial performance, service delivery, retention, and upsell opportunities for assigned transportation and supply chain accounts. Identifies freight optimization opportunities, leads cross-functional collaboration, provides transportation rate and analytical support, and guides client service teams. Requires strong executive communication, relationship-building, analytical, presentation, and transportation-industry expertise. Domestic travel of up to 40% is required.
