Leads Americas manufacturing footprint strategy and complex, multi-phase capital transformation programs. Evaluates long-term network design, capacity scenarios, site selection, make-versus-buy strategies, and investment business cases. Integrates 5–10 interdependent workstreams across plant, engineering, finance, procurement, HR, IT, and business leadership. Establishes phase-gate governance, manages schedules, risks, resources, and financial oversight, presents recommendations to executives, and supports workforce readiness and operational design during facility transitions and technology integrations.

Leads the creation and scaling of Trane Cloud’s customer success model across North America. Builds the team, processes, tools, and metrics for customer onboarding, trial engagement, support, conversion, subscription revenue, and service growth. Partners with sales, product, digital, service, and commercial teams to improve customer adoption and generate opportunities. Establishes scalable operating processes, manages change, supports staffing and growth plans, and drives alignment across regions in a remote environment.

Entry-level rotational supply chain program for recent graduates. Participants complete four six-month rotations across materials, procurement program management, logistics, and corporate procurement in U.S. manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include production planning, inventory optimization, sourcing, supplier coordination, transportation, category strategy, negotiations, and operational improvement. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, strategic decision-making, geographic flexibility, and authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
