Manage IT services and software procurement categories, including category strategy, contract negotiation, supplier selection, risk mitigation, cost management, and supplier relationship management. Partner with legal, executives, business leaders, and suppliers to manage contract lifecycles, ensure compliance and supply continuity, and deliver value through sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in a 12-week summer operations internship supporting assignments across lean production, planning, operational excellence, ergonomics and safety, sourcing, material handling, inventory operations, and productivity tracking. Collaborate with teams, solve complex operational problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop leadership skills. The role is on-site five days per week and may lead to post-graduate development or full-time opportunities.

Determines and processes sales tax for equipment, service, parts, and other transactions. Validates exemption certificates, resolves tax disputes, processes credits, educates customers and internal teams on tax issues, and supports sales tax audits. The role collaborates with sales, customer account analysts, business units, and external customers while handling routine and special projects within the Corporate Tax organization.
